Restaurants & cafes
Never lose a reservation to a busy host stand.
You're seating a large party and the phone rings. The assistant answers, captures the reservation or takeout order, and puts it on your board.
Why calls get missed here
The phone rings at the worst moments
Three everyday situations. The cost lines are assumptions, labelled as such.
Missed call
Friday night dinner rush: hosts are seating guests and the phone rings.
A missed call at 7 PM is a lost to-go order or a lost party of four.
Assumption
Missed call
Kitchen is in the weeds; nobody is available to answer.
Frustrated callers hang up and order from a competitor on DoorDash.
Missed call
Customer calls during closed hours to ask if you're open on an upcoming holiday.
Without an answer, they assume you're closed and make plans elsewhere.

Questions
Restaurants FAQ
Does the assistant take credit cards?
No. It captures the caller details and the order, sends it to you, and leaves payment processing to you.
What happens to a call after hours?
The assistant takes the caller details, marks the request on your board, and follows the after-hours rule you choose: book, take a message or transfer.
Can it sync with my POS?
Square POS/Loyalty integrations are a custom build on request, listed as an add-on. They are not an off-the-shelf product.
Is there a contract?
The AI receptionist is month to month for as long as you keep it. Websites are paid in full or on a payment plan with a set end date.
Can I hear it first?
Yes. Call the demo line at 708-554-7815 and talk to it the way a customer would. Calls to the demo line may be recorded.
Do I own the website?
