Contractors & Home Services
Never lose a project to a ladder.
You're on the job site with gloves on and the phone rings. The assistant answers, captures the project details, and puts the lead in your pipeline.
Why calls get missed here
The phone rings at the worst moments
Three everyday situations. The cost lines are assumptions, labelled as such.
Missed call
Owner is under a sink or up a ladder when a new prospect calls.
A missed service call often goes to the next contractor on Google.
Assumption
Missed call
Driving between job sites in heavy traffic; it's unsafe or too noisy to take notes.
Writing down details later leads to missed follow-ups or lost numbers.
Missed call
The office manager steps away for lunch or to the supply house.
Even 30 minutes of missed calls during lunch can mean thousands in lost quotes.

Questions
Contractors FAQ
Does the assistant quote project prices?
No. It captures the address and the project details, books an estimate or sends a request to you, and leaves pricing to you.
What happens to a call after hours?
The assistant takes the caller details and the service location, marks the request on your board, and follows the after-hours rule you choose: book, take a message or transfer.
Can customers approve estimates by text?
Estimate approval queues are a dashboard feature we build for you. You approve or decline, and the customer gets a text.
Is there a contract?
The AI receptionist is month to month for as long as you keep it. Websites are paid in full or on a payment plan with a set end date.
Can I hear it first?
Yes. Call the demo line at 708-554-7815 and talk to it the way a customer would. Calls to the demo line may be recorded.
Do I own the website?
Service terms are set out in your signed agreement. Your logo and content remain yours, and we license the platform to you.
